All setup fees are non-refundable once initial work has begun.
Setup fees cover project initiation activities such as account configuration, domain connection, DNS authentication, A2P registration, workflow creation, and automation setup—each of which involves non-recoverable labor, software provisioning, and administrative time.
Monthly maintenance or hosting fees may be canceled at any time, but payments already processed will not be refunded. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
If a client chooses to terminate a service before completion, all completed portions of the project up to that point will remain the property of Lida Automates until the outstanding balance is paid.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where Lida Automates fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work after multiple attempts to correct the issue. In those rare cases, management review and written approval are required before any partial refund is issued.
All services, products, and deliverables are provided under a no-refund policy to protect the integrity of labor and digital assets expended during setup and automation configuration.
