Schlida Young is the Founder and Executive Director of Organized Synergy Consulting Group (OSCG) and the driving force behind Lida Automates (DBA), a brand built to empower businesses through intelligent automation and smart digital systems.
Her passion is clear: to be a change agent in how companies use automation to convert leads, streamline operations, and create sustainable revenue streams. Schlida helps organizations transform their digital presence into high performing ecosystems that connect strategy, technology, and customer experience.
With a background in engineering and product development from Northwestern University and Western Michigan University, she brings both precision and creativity to every project. Having led more than one hundred ten initiatives and generated over thirty million dollars in results, Schlida continues to pioneer practical innovation that makes automation not only efficient but meaningful.
